How would you like to have your home artistically illustrated? Please send me the best shot of your house, preferably front up, and have me illustrated for you with watercolor and ink pen.

Steps:

1, place an order here

2, send me photos of your house, preferably frontal view with photo taken from a small distance so I can get an entire view of the house.

(Let me know if you want any text/address written at the bottom of the painting)

3, wait for me to send you a pencil sketch of the outline for the house portrait (within 1-3days)

Note : at this stage, everything can still be modified, and please feel free to ask for any revisions, I will accept revisions for up to 3 times.

4, decide on the sketch, and wait for me to send you the colored and finalized painting (this would require 3-5days)

Note : once the outline is inked in, I will not be able to make revisions without redoing the entire portrait.

I use 300lb Arches cold-press professional grade watercolor paper.
