We provide a ‘proof’ for every order, this is included in the price.

We can draw a variety of buildings including houses, flats, bungalows, shops, schools, university and wedding venues.

Timing:

Each illustration is hand drawn by our in house artists so please allow up to 7 working days for the completion of you personalised illustration.

If you want multiple copies of the same illustration – please amend the quantity to the number you require.

Copies cost less & we can refund you the difference!

Dimensions:

Small- Mount size 25.5×25.5cm (10×10”), image size approx 15x15cm (6×6”)

Large- Mount size 25.5×30.5cm (10×12”), image size approx 18x23cm (7×9”)

Extra Large- Mount size 38.8×38.8cm (approx 15×15”), image size approx 28x28cm (11×11”)

How do I send my photo?

Once you have placed the order, please send us a message with your name in the subject box and attach the reference image.

What do you draw?

We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and won’t include cars, satellite dishes, dustbins etc – let us know anything specific in your enquiry. We will draw portrait or landscape according to the shape of the building, and can include cars and pets for an extra £5. Once drawn, we digitally print the illustration with dark grey lines on a light stone background. Please let us know if this is something you would like.

Can I check what you’ve drawn?

Yes, we’ll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.

Hand painted and digitally printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount.

Framing

Our frames are all handmade in the UK from solid wood – choose from 3 styles (see image thumbnail for colours). Supplied with integrated hanging hook and Pilkington glass (Extra large frames are glazed with high grade UV perspex for glare reduction and safe shipping).
